RETURN & REFUND CUSTOM MADE and TAILORED POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review this policy carefully prior to placing an order.
1. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS — FINAL SALE
ALL CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER, AND MADE-ON-DEMAND ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Custom items include, but are not limited to:

Items produced after purchase
-
Items made using custom-ordered fabric, materials, trims, or hardware
-
Personalized, monogrammed, altered, or sized-to-order products
-
Limited-run or exclusive production items
Because these items are individually produced and require irreversible material sourcing, returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.
This policy applies regardless of fit, preference, color variation, or style expectations.
2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF FABRIC & MATERIAL VARIATIONS
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

Fabric batches may contain natural variations in color, texture, grain, or weave

Handmade and small-batch production may result in minor irregularities
-
Digital images may vary slightly from the final product due to screen settings and lighting
These characteristics are not defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or disputes.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED CUSTOM ITEMS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)
If a custom or made-to-order item arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect (not related to disclosed variations), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review:

Item must be unused and unworn

Original packaging must be intact
-
Clear photo and/or video evidence must be submitted
If approved, resolution may include:

Repair, OR
-
Replacement (if feasible), OR
-
Store credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
-
Sale or clearance items
-
Worn, altered, or damaged items after delivery

Items purchased with promotional or discount codes (unless required by law)
5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped with tracking

Responsibility transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery

We are not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or misdelivery after confirmation
-
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Optional shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.
We maintain order confirmations, production records, delivery verification, and product documentation. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested and may result in account restrictions.
7. FINAL SALE CONSENT
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge that:

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale

Production begins immediately upon order confirmation

Fabric and materials are sourced specifically for your order

You waive the right to cancel, return, or dispute based on customization
8. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
RETURN & REFUND VINTAGE and REGULAR POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. ALL SALES FINAL — EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size selection

Normal wear and tear
-
Color, texture, or fit preferences
-
Minor variations inherent to handmade, vintage, or limited-run items
2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (INCLUDING MANUFACTURING FLAWS)
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, dust bags, or authenticity materials must be included
-
Clear photo and/or video evidence must be submitted showing the defect
Approved claims may be resolved by:

Replacement (if available), OR
-
Store credit, OR
-
Refund (at our sole discretion)
3. DISCLOSURE OF FLAWS (VINTAGE, ARCHIVAL, OR LIMITED ITEMS)
Some items—particularly vintage, estate, archival, handmade, or limited-edition pieces—may contain minor flaws or signs of age.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

Minor imperfections are not defects

Descriptions and photos constitute full disclosure

Such characteristics do not qualify for refunds or returns
Flaws disclosed in the listing are final and binding.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Sale or clearance items

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

Intimates, accessories, beauty products, or worn items

Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery
5. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this policy.
We maintain detailed transaction records, shipping confirmation, and product condition documentation. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be contested and reported.
6. SHIPPING & INSURANCE

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers once the package is marked Delivered

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Optional shipping insurance is the buyer’s responsibility
