1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Most items are custom made-to-order and require time for production and material sourcing.

Production begins immediately upon order confirmation

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started
Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Once production is complete, orders are shipped according to the selected shipping method at checkout.
Estimated transit times (after shipment) may vary:

Domestic (U.S.): 6-8 business days

International: 8-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING CARRIERS & TRACKING

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as “Shipped”
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or service disruptions.
4. SHIPPING FEES

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Reshipping fees resulting from returned or undeliverable packages
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Delivery to mailrooms, front desks, or shared locations
Customers are encouraged to:

Purchase shipping insurance where available
If shipping insurance was purchased and a claim is approved, resolution will be handled in accordance with the insurer’s terms.
7. REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Packages refused or returned to sender due to:

Incorrect address

Failure to collect from carrier

Customs refusal
Will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to:

We do not mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue shipments.
9. FORCE MAJEURE

LOST PACKAGE WAIVER

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding shipping responsibility and lost packages.
1. TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as “Shipped”, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
2. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are:

Lost in transit

Stolen after delivery

Misdelivered by the carrier

Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Left unattended at mailboxes, front desks, or shared delivery locations
These circumstances do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or store credit.
3. SHIPPING INSURANCE (RECOMMENDED)
Optional shipping insurance may be offered at checkout.

If shipping insurance is purchased, claims must be filed in accordance with the insurer’s terms

Approved claims will be resolved through the insurer, not directly by us

If shipping insurance is not purchased, the customer assumes full responsibility for loss or theft
4. CARRIER CLAIMS
Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
We will provide reasonable documentation upon request but are not obligated to replace or refund lost packages.
5. NO CHARGEBACKS FOR LOST PACKAGES
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for packages marked as delivered or lost after carrier acceptance.
We maintain shipment confirmation, tracking data, and delivery records and will contest unauthorized disputes.
6. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
